MISSION STATEMENT

It is the mission of the ALS~Maine Collaborative to establish a state-wide presence

specific to addressing Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) in Maine and to help

coordinate the services available to persons with ALS (pALS), their caregivers,

and the groups and organizations that support them by eliminating duplication

of care and through the promotion of collaboration and education.
